Gibe wins the Quba & Co. digital account

We've been working hard on a number of pitches over the past couple of months and have just found out that we have WON the digital account for Quba & Co. a high end clothes manufacturer and retailer based in Salcombe, Devon.

Quba currently has 10 stores around the country and are looking to expand massively over the next few years. To this end they have commissioned us to look after the development of their digital business.

To start the relationship we are carrying out a complete overhaul of the current site with a new ecommerce platform and CMS being implemented. We're really excited about this project as we've being refining our business strategy recently to focus on ecommerce development. With that in mind, Quba helps us build on the great ecommerce clients we already have in Armit wines and Bump to 3. We are looking to make the new Quba site a best practice ecommerce site that really delivers against Quba's ambitious growth targets.

We are kicking the project off now and are looking to get the site live in early autumn, from there we’ll spend a few months optimising and refining the site to ensure we maximise acquisition, conversion, AOV (average order value) and retention. We'll be keeping a close eye on the stats to ensure we hit the targets and who knows we might even win Pete his "NMA effectiveness award"!

We spent quite a lot of time working on this proposal and pitch in April and May and are so pleased that all the hard work has paid off. We're proud of our work and thought we’d share some of the piccies from the pitch creative process...
