Umbraco Spark 2027 is open: call for speakers, tickets and a new home for our news

  • Posted: Thursday, 22 October 2026

Umbraco Spark is back! We’re delighted to announce that the call for speakers and Early Bird tickets are open for Umbraco Spark 2027, on Friday 19 March 2027 at We The Curious, Bristol.

Every year brings its surprises, and this year is no different. Spark has a new colour (lilac!), and we’re now sharing all our news from the Umbraco UK Foundation’s channels. What isn't changing is the event itself; it’s still the same great Umbraco Spark innovation conference, brought to you by the same team.

Call for speakers

We want to hear from you, whether it’s a quick win or a deep dive. First-time speakers are very welcome.

  • Sessions of 15, 30 or 45 minutes
  • Topics from Umbraco and core tech, integrations and DevOps, to AI and developer tooling, front-end engineering and accessibility
  • No sales pitches or marketing presentations, please
  • A free conference ticket, plus accommodation for non-local speakers (travel is not covered)
  • Submit by 11:59 PM GMT on Friday 8 January 2027, and we’ll let speakers know by 31 January 2027

Tickets

Early Bird tickets are £100 + VAT until 11:59 PM GMT on Friday 11 December 2026. Get your ticket to join us for a day of practical, technical talks, with food, swag, a pre-party and an after-party included.

Package Jam

The day before Spark, on Thursday 18 March 2027, is the Package Jam: build your package, then bring it to the Package Awards at the end of the conference. It is booked separately, and sign-up details are coming soon.

Follow the Foundation
