The actual definition of ‘them’ will be left to the TV series to clear up – drama aside, the reality is that everyone falls under surveillance on a daily basis. The Utopia Inquiry pulls in live data from your local authority to weigh up exactly how much money has been injected into ensure complete surveillance of all a town or city’s residents.
Anyone who tuned into Utopia will have been left feeling severely chilled by the distinct lack of utopia.
